Pr1/pP1 - out of season: 1st Nov. - 27th Dec. and 1st Jan. - 15th March
Pr2/pP2 - early- and late seasons: 15th March - 30th June (except Easter!) and the 2nd Sept. - 1st Nov and 27th December
Pr3/pP3 - main season: 30th June - 2nd Sept. (except top season!) 18th-21th Apr.; 1st-4th May and the 28th - 30th December
Pr4/pP4 - top season: the 30th Dec. - 1st Jan. (New Years Eve and New Year) and 22th-24th Aug. (the Formula-1 race)

Please remember that more than half of the smaller hotels in the centrum of Budapest operate without reception desk. These are approx. by 20-30 p.c. cheaper like the other, similarly equipped ones with reception desk. (They spare the loans thus are able to offer a more favourable room price.) The guest receives the keys of his/her apartment at a tourist office in the vicinity of the lodging (the distance is 200-300 m from the hotel) after paying the full room price. In the acceptance of order the address and opening hours of the relevant tourist-office is always included. That's why you should order your rooms always with mentioning the exact time of arrival, as well as the way of travel (bus, train, auto, by air, etc.). This way we will be able to reserve for guests arriving out of office hours a hotel with reception desk, or for guests arriving late afternoon a hotel with more favourable price. To arrive to a hotel having no reception desk is not advisable, as there you find nobody to let you in. Breakfast is in a Restaurant, which does not belong to the Hotel, so they do not keep keys for your room.
